High capacity fiber ball machine

Cotton ball machine mainly used to form a beautiful appearance ball shape products, the machine is safety and stability of operations, and facilitate hoisting and installation.

The process usually need two machine

1.Cotton opening machine

2.Fiber ball machine

After PP cotton being opened,then it can process to ball shape products.

Application of fiber ball machine

Can use in Cloth,sofa,cushion,quilt,pillow inner,toy,Which make sure the surface looks full,more beautiful,flexiable,the machine can adjust the ball size,and loose condition,to meet different requirement of polyester ball.

120-180kg/h,only need 1-2 workers.
