1.\tThe carriage unit is composed of entirely steel frame welded, the back plate can be opened and demounted, all the carriage baffles are 45# steel plate , it can ensure the anti-curved strength.
2.\tThe carriage bottom plate adopt 6.3# hot rolling common channel steel and 50×50×5 equilateral corner iron welded ,there are the thickness of 2.2mm steel plate on it , the carriage bottom plate isn’t easy to distort.
3.\tThe bottom of carriage frame adopt 8# hot rolling common channel steel welded , connect with the carriage bottom plate by hinge. In order to reduce the vibration power during travel , it has added the spring steel plate.
