The Flexible Aluminum Cover is made of oil resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber as connectors and special aluminum alloy strips, under normal circumstances. There is no need to install the guide plate, so it has the characteristics of small size, beautiful appearance, good structure reliability and small space. It is especially suitable for the use of the skirt curtain because of the limitation of space position and can not use other protective devices.

Performance and use:

It is mainly used to protect the guide rail surface of the machine tool from the erosion of metal chips and coolant, and has the functions of anti chip and anti coolant, thereby prolonging the accuracy life of machine tools.

Features:

1.Aluminum profile protection curtain uses aluminum hollow profiles, alumina is connected by polyurethane.

2.The gap between the profiles is determined according to the maximum protection of polyurethane, and is the best  choice for protecting the flow and debris of the water column.

3.It is applicable to situations where other protective devices can not be used due to space location restrictions.
