We will be your eyes in china.checking the material before material supplier offer us,the cutting mould before cutting, the logo plate before we printing or embroider logo,the cut material swatch before start to produce,every stitching and procedure when producing,the whole products again before packing,the qty when packed into carton,the whole cartons before shiping
To decrease doubt from customer, we will supply great service to show customer production preparation,production online, packaging finished products and loading status. Images and videos could be no problem based on your request.
Q3. Can I get some samples?
A: We are glad to offer sample to you, For first cooperation sample charge fee, after you place mass order the sample cost will refund you. for stock sample will charge little more than wholesale price, for making sample, will charge startup costs according to product.
Q4. What's your MOQ, Shall we order with small QTY?
General MOQ is 1000pcs,if use ready material. Small qty is also welcome. but cost is much higher due to the salary and other fee is also higher.
Q5. How long is your lead time?
A: For sample order
Stock sample can be ship out within 3 days.
Making sample can be ship out 7-10 days after confirmation with customers design or artwork.
For mass order
Generally the lead time is 20-30 days after deposit recieved.
But also depends on the order quantity and season you place the order.

Q6. How long is the shipping time?
A: 3-5 days by door to door express .
5-7 days by air cargo to your nearest airport .
20-30 days by sea to your nearest port.
Q7. What is your payment term & payment methods you accept ?
A: 30% deposit, 70% balance before loading
30% deposit, 70% balance against the copy of B/L(for old customers )
