Quality Control (Key Steps):

1) Material: 
    When raw material arrives the warehouse, our QC and PMC will inspect the material, size, color,

    craft together.

2) Other Production Departments

    (Color Printing Dep, Glass Cutting Dep, Paving Dep.): 
    Production workers inspect by themselves firstly, then the leaders will inspect 30% randomly.

3) Packing: 
    Production workers inspect all sheets (100% inspection) before putting them into cartons.

4) Final QC: 
    Our QC will inspect 30% of finished goods at random;
    If disqualified rates 10%, will rework all items;
    When rework is finished, will re-inspect 30%, until it's passed.

    A: Yes. Our factory locates in Foshan China.

     A: MOQ * 1 Pallet for standard size 300*300mm (12" x 12")

         63 m2 for 8mm thickness mosaic;
         86 m²for 6mm ones;
        126 m² for 4mm ones.

3. Q: How many sheets in one carton?
     A: 8mm Thickness: 11 Sheets/CTN;
          6mm Thickness: 15 Sheets/CTN;
          4mm Thickness: 22 Sheets/CTN.

4. Q: What is your payment terms?
     A: T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment;
          Irrevocable L/C at sight;
          Paypal (for sample fee & Freight only).

5. Q: Can you pick me up from the airport / hotel to the factory?
     A: Yes, sure.
