1.It’s odourless, safe to babies.
2.Foamed space needs large quantity of PU materials. Density of PU crawling mat is 5 times XPE mat in the same size. Therefore, PVC crawling mat is softer and more comfortable. It prevents babies from hurt with its good resiliency and buffering. What’s more, the mat is very soft and can be folded. But costs of PU mat is much more than that of XPE mat. Price is also about 3 times higher than XPE mat.
3.Designs of PU mat is heat-transferred. So the patterns are colorful and vivid. XPE is coated so the coating is easily to get damaged. Usually, PU mat can be used for more than 10 years, which exceeds XPE mat greatly in durability. PU mat is permeable because it’s without coating, and warm in winter and cool in summer.
