Specific Application:

Widely used in portable electronics, telecommunication,LED, solar system, medical equipment and  all kinds of outdoor sealed component for protective waterproof  purpose.

Benefits:

1.The high air permeability vent can reduce the pressure of   the casing seal by balancing the pressure. This E-PTFE  membrane is chemically inert and,UV-resistant, salt and spray resistance as well as hydrophobic and oleophobic.

2.It greatly reduces fog and condensation.

3.Protective vent can prolong the service life and ensure the product  operate trouble- free and  maintenance-free in the  extreme environments.

 

Installation:

 

Steps:

1) Use tweezers place the adhesive tape on the surface of the counterbore, and then press the patch against the mounting surface edge .

2) Press the rim after the adhesion for about 1.5s ;Don’t make any move on the membrane after adhesion until 24 hours.

 

Ensure that the enclosure’s mounting surfaces are smooth, clean and free from oils, particles or other contaminants;

Ensure that the enclosure’s mounting surface is dry prior to vent installation
