1. The poplar wood shavings can make wood shavings from wood logs, tree branches, process wood.

2. The shaving is the same as that produced from furniture factory, automatic feeding     equipment, greatly improved the speed of production, and also saves time and manpower.The wood shaving thickness can be adjustable.The thickness of shavings can be adjusted in range 0.1-1mm.

3. Applicable for: particle board, paper producing, wood pulp paper making and biomass fuel.

 

Working principle of poplar wood shavings

poplar wood shavings includes the rack, operating platform placed on the frame, the blades fixed on the platform. The wood material is sent into the machine from the feeding inlet,and cut by blades in the chamber, finally processed into shavings just the same as hand work by workers.
