LED Advantages Include:

Long-lasting - LED bulbs lastup to 10 times as long as compact fluorescent lights, and far longer thantypical incandescent light bulbs you are use to using.

Durable - Since LEDs donot have a filament, they are not damaged under circumstances when a regularincandescent bulb would be broken. Because they are solid, LED bulbs hold upwell to jarring and bumping.

More Efficient - LED light bulbsuse only 6-36 watts of electricity(1/3rd to 1/30th of Incandescent or CFL).

Mercury-Free - No mercury isused in the manufacturing of LEDs.

Color Temperature - When you seeterms like "soft white" and "daylight", you are reallyhearing about the color temperature. For white lights it effectively tells youwhether the light tends toward yellow on the low end or blue on the high end. Astandard incandescent bulb is normally in the 3200K range while"Daylight" CFL lamps are in the 6500K range. Our "WhiteLED" lamps are in the 8000K to 8500K range which makes them a much whiterlight than their counterpart halogen lights. While the "Lumen's"rating on the halogen lights are higher than the LED lights, the color makes upfor the difference in lumen's.
