Aquajet Hose Reel Irrigation Systems

Hose reel irrigation systems consist of a wheeled cart with a large sprinkler (commonly being called "gun" or "big gun"), the basic machine unit with a hose reel and an irrigation hose.

The professional irrigator for medium and large areas.

The wheeled cart (also sprinkler cart) is pulled by PE pipe during operation.

There are two models of hose reel irrigation system, that are sprinkler model and boom model (with wings).

Applies a big volume sprinkler and provides well-distributed water jet. Up to 90 strip width.

Turbine TX 20

The structure of axial turbine reduces requirements of energy considerably and energy needed when it is operated with low pressure. It keeps fast rewinding speed even at low water flow rates. The integrated precision control system makes uniform precipitation on entire strip length possible.

Two-speed gear-box

It is highly simplified in operation. The smart and automatic control and the transmission sensor provide you an optimum performance for desired retraction speed and irrigation volume.

Crop-protecting sprinkler balancing mechanism

A pendulous mount guarantees the correct positioning of the sprinkler on uneven terrain, preventing crop damage by the water jet.

Automatic cart lift

The cart is automatically lifted to its transportation position at the end of irrigation, eliminating extra cart handling requirements.

Layering mechanism for constant PE-pipe rewinding
This mechanism guarantees a constant retraction speed and prevents damages to the machine by an instant emergency shut-off functionality.

Sturdy support frame
Strong support legs and rack jack firmly anchor the Aquajet during the operating process and even at high retraction forces.
