Description

The CMS386R benchtop chisel mortiser is a rugged, high-quality machine with all the features found in the best mortisers. The heavy-duty fence and hold down eliminate unwanted wood movement and "sticking chisels," (an all too common complaint with all mortisers), ensuring accurate and fast operation. The table slides on adjustable dovetail ways providing accurate movement without any play. Multi-position depth stop systemis perfect for haunches. With features like heavy duty casting structure, 0.55kw TEFC motor, quick-positioning handle, 6-piece tool holder, hardened-and-ground dovetail cast iron column, magnetic switch, it’s one of the most popular mortising machine in the market.
