1.Can I get free samples ?
Free for existing samples.
For customer design samples,sample fee is USD100-200,sample fee can refund once order
quantity can meet up with MOQ in general.
Sample sent by SF,DHL.TNT, FEDEX etc.but freight will be on your side.
2. How long is the sample lead time ?
About 7-10days.
3. How long is the production lead time ?
Normally,the delivery time is about 30-40days after receiving deposit of L/C at sight.
4. What is your payment term ?
30% T/T deposit,70% against copy of b/l or L/C at sight
5. Can we order the color we want ?
