    Before using umbrellas we offer,customer could point out quality problems, it including excessive thread,loose sew,and dirty fabric.Our solution is:after sales negotiate it with customers,we ask customers deal with it by them self.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

3.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own designer. So you can provide AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.

4. How long can I expect to get the sample?

It will takes 5-7days to prepare a sample.

5.How many colors are available?

We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
