Using Introduction

(1) adjusting the cutter box

Putting small glass in the bottom of cutting wheel, loose the screw on the cutter box, turning the screw, making the bottom of cutter box and glass surface into 60 ° -75 ° angle, and then tightening the screw, turning. Another rotating the screw of cutter box cutter to adjust cutter pressure.

(2) Cutting size adjustment

First, adjust the first cutter box, then loosing the bolts, making pointer right the locked steel ruler tick; and adjust second cutter box with the same way, trial cutting, after passing, adjust the third one like before, and so on.

Transporting & Installation Notes

During the process of carrying, taking and put it lightly, not colliding, rails and beams are forbidden as the supporting parts. Using level rule to check the tabletop when installation, and adjust the four feets to make the table top horizontal.   

Maintenance & repairing

1,Filling clean oil or agent in the oil tank on the beam before cutting; adjusting corresponding angle on the oil tank, making the linoleum full of coal oil and co- agent.

2,protection and maintenance of the moving shaft below vertical and horizontal beam  before and after using with some engine oil.

3,Pushing vertical beam back to original place, then pushing horizontal beam to avoid colliding when working.

4,After cutting glass, clean desktop, wipe the device.

5,Shall not be stacked heavy things or drop watering, oil liquids on the desk surface, to prevent deformation.
