Do you have any questions before order?
1.What about the MOQ?
We don't have MOQ for our Conventional products.
While if the quantity is below 2000pcs, we need to charge dyeing fee of USD 25.00 per color.
2.What about the samples?
We can offer free samples (not include freight) according to customers' requirements.
There are various ways of transport as long as you leave the detailed address.
3.What about the teeth color of metal zipper?

4.What about the delivery time?
Our delivery time for sample normally 2-7 days.
And for bulk order normally 7-15 days according to order details.
5.How can I choose a color?
You can refer to: Pantone card; CCC card.
Customers' color samples also available.
6.How can I know the technical process of slider?
The normal thchnical process include plating and cold plating. Cold plating makes the surface of slider more smooth and norble.
7.What about the model fee?
Our model fee is from 100$ to 160$ per model for metal puller.
And 30$ for Leather puller, 50$ for PVC puller.
We will return the model fee to you when your total slider order quantity is enough to 50,000pcs.
6.Will it be cheaper if I choose the product in stock?
Yes, of course you will have a bargain. And the production speed will be faster. You can feel free to choose stock goods.
