Color Control:
1.Our good quality polyester grosgrain ribbon are dyed at 180° C high temperature, with bright colors and more than 4 level color fastness to make sure the color would not fade.
2.Our ribbon is in good shape, fine texture. We have the quality tracking system for the quality control. Our QC person would check every ribbon rolls to make sure all the ribbon in good quality before send them out.
Quality Control:
1. Preproduction samples will be a vailable before the production if needed,
2. The poduction will be process by both machine and skilled handmade workers,
3. The extra pieces will be ready as backup products,
4. The prouducts will be double check before the final packing.
