Wet the coat with warm water. Pour shampoo along pet's back. Work shampoo into coat. Add more if needed. Rinse. Shampoo again. Rinse until water is free of suds.

Packaging: Each pet shampoo is independently packed in a specialy bottle. Every 6 bottles of pet shampoo will be included in a standard carton box. 

Delivery time: If the pet shampoo required is in stock, we can ship immediately after full payment is received. If the pet shampoo is out of stock, a normal delivery time will be within 15 days after 30% deposit is paid.

How can I get a sample to check your quality?

Answer: We are happy to provide samples to our customers. However, it is dependent on the product type, we may need to charge you for the sample fee. The sample fee will be reimbursed when you place a large order.

How long can I receive samples?

Answer: After the sample charges and confirmed files are received, the samples will be delivered to you as soon as possible. If the samples are in stock, they will be delivered within 2 days. If the samples are not in stock, we will arrange the production of the samples as soon as possible. It won’t take more than 14 days.

What about the lead time for mass production?

Answer: Honestly, it depends on your order quantity, usually we would be able to ship goods within 7-14 working days
