2. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
- The size of the products(Length * Width * Height)
- The material and weight
- The quantity
- The size of printing logo(if need)(Length * Width * Height), send us design is much more better.
- If it is possible, please also provide with picture of the product so that we can recommend the similar items for your reference.
3. How to guarantee the quality and after-sales service of your goods?
- Strict detection during production.
- Strict sampling inspection on products before shipment and intact product packaging are ensured.
- Follow up and adopt customers' feedback in a timely manner after sales.
4. Is the sample available?
- Yes, usually we have the most items in stock. But customers still need to make confirmation with sales department.
The samples can be send out by TNT, DHL, FEDEX or UPS, it'll take arround 3 or 5 working days to receive them.
Customers will charge all the cost related to the samples, such as sample cost and airmail freight.
5. What's the delivery time?
- Usually within 15-30 days, the final delivery day depends on the order quantity.
