LS-450B Automatic Visual Box Positioning Machine is designed and developed by our own R&D Department which is the ideal equipment for making high-end rigid box. It is specialized in the mass production of various kinds of rigid boxes, such as sweet boxes, gift boxes, perfume boxes, mobile phone boxes, jewelry boxes, tea boxes, cosmetics boxes, etc. Its reasonable design and stable performance improve the work efficiency and the quality of the products greatly.

Improved gluing system.

Apply mechanical paper feeding system to achieve faster paper feeding, and use gray conveyor belts which can save the time for changing to other color belt, also enable the machine to handle black paper.
Improved gluing system is applied to prevent glue leakage and double paper feeding. Interval stopping setting is available on the conveyor; high accuracy is ensured by the seamless aluminum.
Shortened guiding system which ensures the steadiness and accuracy and at the same time increases its work efficiency.
High accuracy roller with 0.1mm tolerance, ensures the glue layer even, the glue tank is with auto circulation and cleaning system. The glue tray with heating function avoids glue drying problem.
Strong suction on the conveyor keep the cover paper flat without curling, which improves the performance of gluing.
Panasonic Motor and PLC
Sensor switch is imported from Germany.

Use the special technology with camera-assist for positioning four corners of the box accurately and quickly;
