DZ Mini Hydraulic Power Station for Filter Press.
The hydraulic station is composed of a pump unit, a integrated block or valve unit, a fuel tank, and an electrical box. The function of each component is as follows:
The pump unit - Equipped with a motor and an oil pump. It is the power source for the hydraulic station and converts the mechanical energy into the hydraulic energy.
Integrated block - is a combination of hydraulic valve and channel body. It regulates the direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil.
Valve combination - consists of a relief valve, a pilot-operated check valve, a solenoid-operated valve, and the same function as a manifold.
Oil tank - It is semi-closed container welded by steel plate. It is also equipped with oil filter net, air filter, etc. It is used for oil storage, oil cooling and filtration.
Electrical box - divided into two forms. A terminal board with external leads is provided; one is equipped with a full set of control electronics.
Working principle of Mini Hydraulic Power Station:
The working principle of the hydraulic station is as follows: The motor drives the oil pump to rotate, the pump sucks oil from the oil pump, and then the oil converts the mechanical energy into hydraulic oil pressure energy.
