About Order Guide
Step 1:Inquiry - Professional quotation.
Step 2: Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.
Step 3: QQQPET send the Proforma Invoice with seal.
Step 4: Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
Step 5: Initial Production Stage. QQQPET will send photos or sample for your confirmation. After that, we will inform arrange the production & inform the estimated time.
Step 6: Middle Production-send photos to show your products in the production line.
Step 7: End Production - Mass production products photos and samples will be sent for your approval. Or you can arrange the third party Inspection.
Step 8: Clients make payment for balance and QQQPET arrange the shipment, inform the tracking # and help check the status for clients.
QQQPET also accept payment term as Balance against B/L Copy Or L/C .
Step 9: Order can be say “finished” when you receive the goods and confirm.
