1, What service do you have?

We provide turnkey solution including PCB fabrication, SMT, plastic injection & metal,final assembly, testing  and other value-added service.

 

2, What is needed for PCB & PCBA quotation?

For PCB: Quantity, Gerber file and technic requirements(material,size, surface finish treatment, copper thickness,board thickness).

For PCBA: PCB information, BOM,Testing documents.

 

3. Are my design files secure when I send them to you?          

Your files are never shared nor will any third parties have access to your design files. We can sign an NDA(Non-disclosure agreement) before sending files.

 

4. For small quantity orders, can you produce prototype PCBs?           

Yes. DNC can produce prototypes. but the greater quantity, the greater cost saving.

 

5. What file formats do you accept for PCB and assembly?           

Gerber ,CAM Auto CAD DXF, DWG formats.

 

6. Do you have after-sales product servicing available for your customers?          

Yes, we supply one year warranty, for any quality problems DNC will take our responsibility to solve it for you any time.
