2 . If i buy from your company , how long i can receive my goods ??
If you buy stock items or want to get samples from us.the goods will be on your table less than 7days by express.if you like make bulk order from us , usually the production time is around 20-25 days (sometime maybe need more days or less depends on your bulk order quantity) , lead time by express is around 5 days , by sea is around 30 days .
3.If i paid for your company , how could i know if you send out my goods ??
After you paid we will arrange production or shipping soon , once we send out we will send you the tracking number , after you get the tracking number you can check at the official website or official website call , there will be staffs check the tracking number for you , once u get the tracking number you can check at website anytime , you will also know where its has arrived .
4 . As the time zone , always when i work then you rest , how can i contact you can be improve our efficience ??
Usually our company working time is very flexible , you can reach us at usual working time (9am-12am;2pm-6pm) , but in other time you also can reach us anytime , for example 1pm , 7pm,8pm,9pm,10pm,11pm,0am, as some of our salesman at home also can work ( inquiry and emails can be accepted by our phone.so convenient for us), so once they online you can reach them , whats more you also can add them at whats app or skype
5. What's the sample policy and sample lead time ?
Usually we can offer the free sample , but quantity is at 1 piece , and you only pay shipping cost is ok , if you need more samples you should pay the sample charge ,but the charge will be refunded as we get your order.( old customers will be free get samples each month )
