Hefeng Machinery is a professional production factory which focus on surface treatment industry,such as corona treater,plasma treater,dust cleaner,UV curing system,etc....Hefeng corona machine includes corona generator,corona station,high voltage transformer .The basic principle of corona type ozone machine is the use of corona discharge ozone produced by the ozone generator is composed of a pair of electrodes, dielectric and discharge gap. When the applied AC voltage to the two electrode, due to the high speed electrons and oxygen molecules in high energy collisions, the outside world under the effect of corona discharge in the air gap. The gas with oxygen is ionized, the gap in oxygen concentration increase ionization rate and oxygen ion, and oxygen molecule reaction between ozone formation,Ozone is a strong oxidizer,can change the molecular structure of plastic surface to make it non-palar into polarity.at the same time after the corona treatment,it will cause uneven surface hole roughen,it will enhance surface activity,such as the increase in surface tension,that is ,ink,glue,etc...Will be able to further penetrate the material and processed to achieve the ideal effect on the printing,gluing or coating application.

Main Features

1) New type of corona treater,adjustable gap from 1-3mm,can protect system separate design for high voltage  cable and ozone-extracting area to avoid corrosion of cable and increase the life of electrode.

2) The new HeFeng corona station with high voltage cable connection is located outside of the ozone-extraction area.Whereby the cable will be   protected against anti-corrossion to increase the lifecycle of the electrode.

3) The patented"German fin ceramic electrode"guarantees a powerful,homogenous and uniform treatments for plastics,alumimium,multi-layer  

films,metallised films and papers.

4)Minimum machine downtime during service and cleaning process.All used materials are resistant to corrosion and ozone.No tools necessary to pull out the new electrode cassette.

5) The new open design of the discharge treater with inspection window in the front allows visual inspection of the production process.

6)Comfortable removeable cassette for simple maintenance and cleaning,easy web treading and changeiers.Moreover,there is no limit position to integrate a new or existing prouction lines
