If you send AI or INDD file, please:
1. Create outline for all the text or send us the font files.
2. Package the linked images send us, or embed the linked image in your files.

The file should be CMYK, if it is RGB mode, we will convert into CMYK, and then the color result may have big difference than what you see in the screen.
We suggest you use the color profile when you design and export printable files: Japan color 2001 coated.

We guarantee the printing takes 4 Chinese working days after PICJOY gets the approved file. But 85% jobs can be done in 2 Chinese working days. The 15% jobs take longer time because there are quality risks, and we need to print one more round.
