Q1. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Q3. What fabric to make the bedding set ?
A: It's made by 19mm 295cm widht fabric .
Q4. About customs and tax
A: Freight needs to be paid by the customer. We don't responsible for buyer country customs tax and clean customs . If buyer refuse to pay tax , and parcel send back , buyer need to pay for shipping fee and all the lose because of refusing paying tax. We will try our best to help clients clean customs , buyer should tell us all certificate their customs need when they make order. But if cargo arrived destination port , and need other certificate we can not offer , buyer should responsible all the lose . If parcel ship to buyer forwarder , saler will not responsible for any shipping risk from China to buyer. Fur sure , we will try our best to give our best support .
Q5. Can I have a return or exchange?
A: Our Products are customed, it's difficult to resell,if not quality problem, we don't accept return.
1.The following situation is not quality problem , we don't accept return and refund, and please don't open dispute because of this . A. It's 100% handmade , will be 1-2cm different. B. we will try our best to cut thread outside, but more or less will miss some , If you find some , please just cut it by yourself. C.It will be pressed during shipping , please hung or iorn , it will be fine . D. It's 100% mulberry pure silk , It's smooth and soft , sometime thread may come out when sewing , We will try our best to avoide it , but more or less may have a litle bit. 2. Only the following situation can get full refund : A. If you test is it's not 100% pure silk , we will give you double refund . B. very large place dirty , you can not used it . (A small gray dot and black dot not belong to quality problem. Garment quality contrl said: 100m allow 10 dots ) C . very large place broken , you can not used it . (1/2 thread out not belong to quality problem )
