Answer: Yes, we can offer you some free samples for some low-valued sample, you need only to bear the freight cost. For some high-valued sample, we’d like to give you a special discount.

3 Q: How do your guarantee the quality of your products?

Answer: We have professional inspectors to analyze chemical composition of the raw materials, and test the finished products strictly according to standard stipulated in the contract. In this process, two ends appearance, being degree, fixed length etc., will be checked one by one. From production, packaging to transport, we strive to ensure that every link is perfect

4 Q: What’s your MOQ?

Answer: For our low temperature thermoplastic products, one piece should be available.But adding tax, transfer, custom charges, it’s not fair for buyers. So a large quantity will be much suitable for all of us.

5 Q: How about the trade terms?

 Answer: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF will be accepted.

6 Q: How about your payment term?

 Answer: Paypal, Western Union, L/C is our regular payment terms.

  Answer: For stocks, we can send the goods to loading port within 7 days after receiving your deposit. For production period, it usually be about 10days-15days.
