Design Of Forging Machine
The forging pneumatic hammer is mainly composed of a frame, a transmission mechanism, a compression cylinder and a working cylinder, a compression piston, a falling part, a gas distribution mechanism, an anvil and other parts. The frame is the main body of the air hammer, on which the motor, transmission device, working mechanism and control mechanism are installed. These mechanisms are tightly combined into a whole on the frame.
Anvil Of Forging Hammer
The anvil of forging hammer can be customized. The anvil pad and lower anvil are installed on the anvil. In order to meet the stability of forging, the quality of the anvil is required to be 12-15 times of the weight of the falling part. It is installed on a solid reinforced cement foundation, with a cushion wood between it, which can eliminate the vibration caused by hammering. At the same time, there are two options for iron felt: split type and integrated type, which can be selected according to needs.
Transmission Mechanism Of Forging Hammer
The transmission mechanism of blacksmith forging hammer includes reducer, crankshaft and connecting rod system. It transforms the rotary motion of the motor into the up and down reciprocating motion of the compression piston. The belt pulley is driven by the motor and fully rotated. It is equipped with foot lever for better forging.
