Product Description

The computer 3D measurement and imaging technology is an important part of the application of information technology. Moore contour method, also known as Moore contour method, is a non-contact measurement method for three-dimensional object shape. It can measure the shape characteristics of objects by projection of 3D contour lines. The fundamental principle of this system is based on a projective Moire profiler that projects the image of a reference grating onto the surface of an object under test. Modulated by the surface height of the object, the image of the reference grating is distorted. A CCD camera is used to acquire the distorted fringes onto a computer. By processing the Moire fringes of the surface of the object under test with computer-aided phase-shifting algorithm, the three-dimensional shape information of the object can be obtained.
