A: Colorzone just produce and sell the premium quality to our clients, to make our product meet or exceed the quality of Original Toner Cartridge. For all of our goods, we guarantee that our defective rate of black is within 0.1%; within 0.15% for the color and big capacity toner cartridge. Small trial order for testing the quality is welcome.
Q2. How long is the warranty for your Printer Ribbon?
A: 24 months calculated from the date when we delivery you the goods.
Q3. What should I do when products have problems?
A: Colorzone are responsiable for allwe sold, we need our clients assit to provide us the detailed informaiton for checking the reason, and assure 1:1 return back or refund if the quality problem is caused and proved by our manufacturing process or unsuitable packing.
