PVC can be calendered into films of different thickness and flexibility to be used in a range of packaging applications including blisters for a wide variety of foods and other articles such as pills and tablets, batteries, electronic devices and parts, toiletries, tools, toys as well as cling film for meat, cheese, vegetables, etc. In Europe, more than 500,000 tons of PVC are used in packaging every year.

Product Details
Rigid and semi-rigid films are primarily produced by calendering. PVC used as a forming film is called rigid PVC because it is almost free of softening agents. Currently it is the most widely used forming film and displays ideal forming characteristics. Its water-vapor permeability is very low. Flat die extrusion and blown extrusion production technologies are also used.
Stabilizers for these applications are designed to allow the production of PVC finished articles with desired quality and meet regulatory and market requests. Applications of PVC films can be divided into two main categories: food or pharmaceutical packaging and technical like furniture. Semi-rigid PVC films are normally used for technical applications like self adhesive films, window lamination films, metal lamination and stationary, flooring.

Q1. Can I have a sample order ?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days for the products that we are producing.
If your size is not normal one and needs special prepared, then it takes about 2 days.
Mass production time needs 3weeks for order quantity
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1T trial order is available
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For samples, we need your own DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT account to send it, generally it takes 4-6days. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. For mess production, shipping by sea is the common way for clients.
