Q1. What kind of payment terms are accepted?
T/T ( Telegraphic Transfer, 30% deposit and the balance against copy of B/L ) or L/C ( Letter of credit )at sight.
Q2. When can the goods be delivered after order is placed?
Depends on various products, it can be from 20 days to 30 days, exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.
Q3. How long it takes before customers can receive the goods?
Usually it takes maximum 30-35 days for shipment from Qingdao to any destination port around the world.
Q4. How is your After Sales Service?
