We are ISO 9001:2015 , UL 900 and Eurovent certified company. Hencolin's primary and medium filters are tested under ASHRAE 52.2-1999 standard (EN 779:2002 standard is also available ). Each HEPA filter will be scanned to detect possible leaks and filter performance, such as initial pressure drop and filter efficiency.

Normally, our products are bulk packed, i.e. 1 pc or some pieces into an outer carton. Customized packaging according to customer's requests is also available.

With large amount of quantities, the goods will be shipped by vessels (sea shipment)

With small order quantities or sample orders, we suggest to ship by air freight or international couriers. (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS or international post) 

Q: Are you a factory?

A: Yes we are a factory located in southern Taiwan and we do the trading ourselves.

Q: What's your sample and production lead time?
A: Sample lead time takes around 3-7 days, mass production lead time will be around 2-3 weeks. 

Q: How do you ship the goods?
A: It depends on customer's requests. If with the full containers, we'd suggest to ship by vessel. If with small order volumes & urgent orders, we'll suggest to ship by air freight or international couriers.
