Q: What range of projects do you handle?
A: We will find a pump for a science project or design/prefab a million dollar musical fountain, i.e. ALMOST ANYTHING. If we do not have something (like a 500 lb concrete dolphin) we will find you someone that does.
Q: Do you install?
A: Yes, we can help you to install in your country, but the charge need to be added additionally.
Q: How long does a project take?
A: Simple projects (pool+pump+nozzle) can often ship in less than two weeks.
Projects that need custom manifolds or some prefabrication may take 2-4 weeks.
Large musical fountains have been done in four weeks, but six to eight is more gracious!
Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram & L/C at sight.
Projects require a deposit to cover custom materials and assemblies. We can fax or mail you a quote for your approval.
