7) If we don’t have any shipping forwarder in China, could you do this for us?

     We can make new mold base on your idea, generally, if your quantity is more enough, we can refund the mold cost to you.

     Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem. Design, Mould, Logo can be customized as you require.

10) How do you take care when your clients received defective products?     

     Replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
