1. The following picture shows us the tyre drive and the inner scrubbing drum of the Copper Rotary Scrubber.

     Tyre drive: The larger models are suggested to use the tyre drive for more stable performance and longer using life. Totally 12 tyres and 3 motor engines ensure the machine to work in a very good condition. (The smaller models are usually equipped with gear drive for higher Cost-Effective.)

     Scrubbing drum: The washing scrapers are welded inner the scrubbing drum wall. It's able to high effectively break the clay lumps and wash the clays off the ore sands or stones. With the help of pressure water from the central water sprays, the clay ores can be very efficiently washed.

2. Below picture shows the different sieve types for the screening drum. Usually there are 3 types: the woven sieve, the punched-hole sieve, and the PU sieve. Our engineer will configure the most suitable one for you as per the required sieve opening size as well as the ore condition. It could be also defined as per your requirements.

4. Our Copper Rotary Scrubber are well working on different customers' working sites. 

 

The following plant is one of our Senegal customer's alluvial gold plant. The Copper Rotary Scrubber is used in the first step so as to wash the raw ore and remove the barren rocks. His general flowsheet is as:

As the dimension of the Copper Rotary Scrubber are always quite large, it is not suitable for shipping in bulk. As a result, it is usually loaded in container for shipping.
