8 inch Simple Sea Dredging Boat Used for Coastal Construction
Dredging is the removal of sediments and debris from the bottom of lakes, rivers, harbors, and other water bodies using Simple Sea Dredging Boat. It is a routine necessity in waterways around the world because sedimentation—the natural process of sand and silt washing downstream—gradually fills channels and harbors. Common dredgers in the international market include small dredgers, Simple Sea Dredging Boat, jet suction dredger, cutter suction dredger, and trailing suction dredgers. The task of the dredger is to carry out the construction of underwater earth and stone by means of digging, widening and clearing the existing waterways and ports; digging new waterways, ports and canals; dredging docks, docks, ship locks and other water. The foundation trenches of industrial buildings and the dumping of the excavated sand into the deep sea or hydraulic filling in depressions on land for farming, etc. It is a weapon for blowing sand and reclaiming the sea.
February 2021, our company successfully launched the Simple Sea Dredging Boat PSD-08. The PSD-08 is a standard suction dredger designed for low-depth underwater sand pumping. The dredger has been fully installed and the accepted test procedure has been successfully completed. It has been delivered in July. 2021.
Simple Sea Dredging Boat can realize the possibility of using horizontal suction sand pump to extract sand from the bottom of the water. The horizontal suction sand pump are explosion-proof and waterproof, and the extracted sand is used for filling, construction, etc.
The weight of PSD-08 is 9 tons, the total length of the structure is 6.8m, and the height is 1.0m. The Simple Sea Dredging Boat is equipped with a powerful 90kW diesel engine, which is used for dredging sand with a dredging depth of -15 meters. The dredger is equipped with a horizontal in-cabin sand pump and a horizontal in-cabin water pump for sand bed loosen. It is also equipped with self-propelled capability and a propeller at the rear of the dredger. The mixed output of the boat dredger is approximately 400 m³ / h.

OCEAN Pump engineers chose 8 inch horizontal slurry pump according to the sand type, sand output and discharge distance. Secondly, we took PSD series Simple Sea Dredging Boat hull as prototype and improved it.
This Simple Sea Dredging Boat will be used for coastal beach tourism construction. It has passed a comprehensive test before leaving the factory. For all our dredgers, after-sales support and guarantee can be provided. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all the dredgers have been completed.
