What is your MOQ?
At least 200 pcs for faucets and 50 pcs for sink which we can arrange for the beginning order.

Can your factory print our brand on the product?
Of course, OEM/ODM is accepted. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

How can we get sample to check quality? And how many days?
Samples will be prepared in 3-7days. They could be sent by UPS, FedEx or DHL or other international express you would like.

Do you charge for samples and freight?
Paid samples will be provided by freight collect.

If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
