strengthening agent. The steel has good strength and toughness in low temperature, hardenability and machinability, less deformation after heat treatment, but poor
weldability

as well as quenched and tempered parts with large section under heavy bent load and
speed, such as gear, connecting rod, shaft, worm, sleeve, friction wheel, gear pump without heavy impact, water pump rotor, clutch, bolt for high pressure vessel, etc.
