1. When can we get the quotation?

 

We will quote and send the prices within one working day, but if urgent requirement, please let us know when you would like us to when you send us the quotation list. Thank you.

 

2. How can we get samples to check the quality?

 

After we confirmed all prices, if you would like to see our samples, it is better send us a trial order to test the quality. But if you ask only one or two standard holders, we will send you holder(s) free of charge, please bear the shipping cost. Thanks.

 

3. How long can we get the samples?

 

If for stock items, after payment, the samples will be sent within two working days. But if for non-standard items or non-stock items, we have to talk about it when you make the order.

 

4. What's the delivery time?

 

Usually the stock items will be ready in three days, but for production times, the production time is 30-45 days, and we will tell you the exact delivery date when you send us to order.

 

5. What are the terms for delivery?

 

FOB and CFR and the main terms, if you would like other terms, please let us know when you send us the order, then we will check if we can make it or not. Thanks.

 

6. What?s your payment Terms?

 

100% TT in advance.

 

7. Can you send holders with our brand (OEM)?

 

If you will make the order in bulk quantity, it is possible to mark your own brand (logo) on products. Please send us your logo design for further discussion.
