1 Can you do our logo or brand on the bikes?

No problem, if you order 1*20' container, we can do it for free, if you order less than that, we charge $200 for it at first, and you don't need to pay for it anymore in future order.

2 Can I order some samples at first to see the quality?

No problem, if your order is less than 20 pcs, we need to charge some extra sample fee USD150.00,which is for custom applying, commodity inspection, inland transportation, seaport labor cost, express cost for B/L....

3 What's the advantage of electric bike?

You can not only ride it as ordinary bike but also choose battery powered mode when you get tired, and you don't need to get a license and pay parking fee

4 Do e-bikes make noise ?

No. They are not loud at all. Compared to automobiles or motorcycle engines, an electric bike is virtually silent

5 Can the battery be removed on the e bikes ?

Yes the batteries are all locked and the key unlocked the battery for easy removal in 10 seconds.

6 What is yours delivery time for the order ?

For LCL order 15-20 days after receive the 100% Payment,
For FCL order 20-25 days after receive the 30% T/T deposit

7 What is your brand of battery? Can I also get some spare parts as replacements?

Normally we use Sumsung Lithium battery for ours electric bicycle, and also we use some Chinese local brand lead acid battery for some cheaper models electric bikes,And of course you can get some spare parts as replacements when you order from us, we also sell electric bike conversion kits by whole sets, we also sell like tires, batteries, controllers and motors, anyway it depends you can discuss with us with details.

8. What color you have available, can you send me green or black color about it ?

please send me the color chart to choose it The bike’s color can be optional and please to check this website link www.y-s-paint.com.tw.

9. Can I order one sample shipped by air carrier? What’s your MOQ ? "according to our sales policy , if the order quantity less than 20 PCS , we will collect additional sample fee from them .
this fee is used for inspection fee ,inland fee and so on .
and our payment terms is : if sample order within 20 PCS , We accept 100% T/T in advance .
more then 20 PCS , our payment terms is 30% T/T in advance , then 70% to be paid agaist the B/L .
so if you just need a sample first , we can make one for you and then send it by air . only Express is acceptable . otherwise the battery can not to be sent by air

10.Do I need to pedal to start the assistance ?

Yes, the motor only starts when you are pedalling. The bike provides “pedal sensor assistance”

11.What happens when I go over 15 miles per hour ?

The assistance varies automatically with your speed: high assistance when starting, and then less when the bike is travelling at speed, stopping altogether when you reach 15 miles per hour. The electric bike’s purpose is to maintain an average speed of 12-15 miles per hour without the rider having to struggle.

12 Does the assistance still work if I stop pedalling ?

No, the motor stops as soon as you stop pedalling. The electrical assistance works only when you are pedalling.

13. Does it really help us to go uphill ?

In general, the electrical assistance provides up to 50% of your effort when climbing. You can climb inclines of 8-9% without straining. On steeper hills you will have to make more of an effort but you will still receive assistance

14. Can I ride in the rain ?

Yes. There is no problem under the rain as all of the electrical components are hermetically sealed

15 Do I need to wear a helmet ?

Helmets are not compulsory as our bikes are not considered to be traditional bikes. However, for your own safety on the road, we strongly advise you to wear one.
