Q:If we need to make a customized product, what is the production process? |
| A:if you want to make a customized product you should send the drawing to us, then we will figure out the tool cost and the unit price. |
then we will turn to mold factory to make a mold and then make samples ,and if you need we will send samples to you to check if it meet your requirement.(I may takes about 15-45 days ,maybe some product may need some special process, most of the samples will be finished in 25 days) |
| if the samples meet your requirements perfect ,then we will mass production based on the mold of samples. |
Q: How long is your delivery time? |
| A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.If it is customized products, from mold to delivery may take about 1 months. |
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ? |
| A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.If it is a custom product, we will not provide samples. |
Q: What is your terms of payment ? |
| A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment. Credit guarantee payment can also be accepted. |
