NORTEC Safety Concerned Hot Sale Ski Conveyor Belt 

NORTEC ski conveyor belt is composed of drive device, detour device, intermediate sections, conveyor belt and electric control cabinet and other components.

 

1.1 structure

 

 

Drive Device

 

volume: (length X width x height) 2380 X 2100 X945 mm. It is located on the top of the magic carpet, which is composed of the box, the brake motor, the reducer, the drive roller, the brush roller, the steering roller, the carrier roller and some other components.

 

Detour device

 

The volume of the detour device is: (length X width X height) 2700 X 1544 X 560 mm. It is located in the bottom of the magic carpet, which is composed by the box, tightening device, correction device, carrier roller and other components.

Intermediate section  

 

Volume: (length X width X height) 3000 X 1064 X 210 mm

 

Equip a number of sections according to the total length of the magic carpet with stainless steel roller installed on its upper part and foot and the height adjustment screw on its lower part.

 

Conveyor belt

 

The width of it is 600mm, the thickness of it is 8.5mm, the length of it is equipped according to the length of the magic carpet. From the natural rubber and three layers of EP skeleton, the surface pattern to slip, hinge wire soft connection.

 

Electric control cabinet

 

It is installed on the top of the top station of ski conveyor belt, the entire magic carpet electrical control system is installed here. The device has PLC intelligent program industrial control, frequency changer, touch screen operation. With intelligent control energy-saving features: it can automatically record the number of passengers. With a timeout function, if visitors stagnate at the exit station over the normal time span, the automatic emergency brake would start. If no one is standing on it, the frequency conversion would decelerate to stop automatically; If someone stands on it, the automatic  frequency conversion would start to work and return to its original speed.

  Safety requirements of ski conveyor belt

 

  Please read the instructions before use

 

Before the operation on the ski conveyor belt, you must carefully read the instruction. For whatever reason that you do not understand any detail of this instruction clearly or you’ve done any blind operation, accidents or equipment damage would likely to be caused.

 Electric

The work on the electrical system must be carried out by a qualified technician.

 Frozen danger

Before the start of the ski conveyor belt, you must check whether the conveyor belt is frozen or not. If so, it shall not be started. You should open the electric heating device, melt and eliminate the ice, then start.

 Restart after emergency stop

When the device is in emergency stop, the cause must be checked and corrected before it can be restarted.

 

 Clean

 

Regularly clean the ski conveyor belt. During the operation, the conveyor belt, the bottom part inside the drive, the bottom part inside the detour system should be cleaned daily to remove snow and debris to ensure the normal operation of the magic carpet. When cleaning is performed, the power must be switched off.

Electrical components should also be cleaned regularly. The cleaning of the electrical switch box must be carried out by a qualified electrical technician.

 Summer storage

Spring, summer or autumn, whenever it’s the downtime of the ski conveyor belt, the belt must be covered to prevent itself from rain, direct sunlight and other damages.

 

 The users must ensure that

 

1) the ski conveyor belt is only the transport of standing skiers and shall not be used for other purposes;

2) Children under 6 years old mustn’t get onto it without the companionship of an adult;

3) Children between 7 and 12 years old only can take it under the guidance of adults;

4) Skiers carrying sports equipment with them(such as sleds, etc.) shall not use their equipment on the conveyor belt;

5) the use of ski conveyor belt should be limited to only the skiers’ standing delivery, not sitting or lying on the conveyor belt.

 

The maintenance of ski conveyor belt

Only professional and technical personnel are eligible for ski conveyor belt maintenance. When the maintenance work is performed, the power must be turned off and stopped.

Do not carry out any maintenance work during the operation of the machine.
