SPECIFICATION:

XM-120 Scouring machine is class Ⅱhandheld tool, designed and produced according to the standard of GB3883.1.

It is with features of series motor driving, light weight, strong power, high efficiency, easy to operate, safe.

The machine is intended for scouring walls, ceiling or other surfaces of concrete, gravel, paint, plaster or putty coated without using water.  

 

The machine is with soft start, constant power control and overload protection.

 Soft start could protect motor from excessive current shock, enhance motor lifetime.

 Constant power control ensures power stable while machine work with different load.

 Overload protection, machine will automatically shut down if machine is over load, prevent machine from motor burnt

 Maintenance

Remove the plug from the socket before carrying out any adjustment, servicing or maintenance.

 If the machine is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

 Carbide blade replacement

Unscrew 4 screws with screw driver, use a wooden hammer to gently tap aluminum cover and take off it with inner dust cover as figure 1.

 Use socket wrench and Open-end spanner to loosen screw and take off spiral blade as figure 2. Blade should be taken off one by one.

 Assemble and disassemble blade as figure 4.  

 Suggest to check whether blade is loose regularly everyday before work.
