A2:Our MOQ is 1 piece,and ideal order quantity for production is 500 sqm or more.

Q3:What's the size for mat?

A3:Our mats come in standard widths of 40, 60, 70, 83, 103, 136, 200cm.The maximum width is 200cm, and the length can be 1500cm. Special widths and shapes are subject to a surcharge.

Q4:Do the mats have an border?

A4: There are two types of edges, without edge or with a rubber edge of 2cm or 2.5cm.

Q5:Is it need to pay Art Fee for making custom design?

A5: No,  Art Fee is free,        

1) You could provide your own design in JPG, AI or PDF files. Please note that letters have to be at least 4 cm to be readable on the mat. Avoid combinations of very similar colors with little contrast.

2) You may provide your logo or design image, our designer could make the art work according to your requirements, we will send the finished art work for your approval before production.

Q6: Can the mats be the same as design?

A6: Due to process of printing onto a fiber surface,the color distortions existed,but all of our customers can accepted it.So do not worry about it.

Q7: Do you provide samples ?

A7: Yes, we could provide samples as your requirement.However your need pay the sample and freight cost. It needs 5-7 days to prepare samples.

Q8: What is your terms of payment ?

A8: The payment terms we can accept is TT, PayPal, Western Union, Trade Assurance on line.
