1. Quality from the shipping company

Please check the cargo quality any damage once your load the container any humidify damage from the

shipping company must take photo and send within 5 days your get cargo ,or before unload them.

2. Quality problem from DIYI

Within 2 months get container , the supplier must send picture or video instruction the DIYI , DIYI would reply within 2 days inform the buyer , reply the reason be caused ,reply the solve means.
If 10% quality problem , we can retired the cargo in the fee from DIYI.
If only some parts problem , we can discuss with buyer if client do not accept by discount or by cash , if not , client can return or rechange the cargo by DIYI's fee.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: 20 days after order is confirmed and we received the deposit.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: We can supply the samples by free if the quantities is small, but the clients need to pay

for the express fees.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Terms of payment:T/T, L/C, Western Union,Cash are accepted.30% advance payment ,the rest 70% against the copy of B/L.

Q: Do you have the MOQ?

A: For fire alarm bell,MOQ is 100.However we have many types and sizes of goods, the detailed minimum qtys really are very difficult to confirm, it depends on different products.

Q: Are you able to design or explore a new products for us?

A: Yes, we are able to, only the clients can supply the drawings or samples.

Q: Can you add some logo on the products?

A: Yes, we can. but we usually have the qtys requirement or maybe delay the delivery.
