Q: Do you pay for the shipping or it is the customer who pays for the shipping?
A: It is the customer who pays for the shipping. The prices in our catalogue are only for our merchandise. We do, however, receive on average an 80% discount from the shipping companies we work with, which we pass on to our customers.

A: If your logo is not very big and complex, we can free to put your logo on the inflatables
Q: How many people does it take to set-up and pick-up a regular size inflatable jumper?
A: One person can easily operate a regular 13'x13'(4mx4m) size bounce house, cost around 10 minutes.
Q: How long does the shipping take?
A: Usually 25-30 business days by sea. 5 days by air. 5 working days by express.
Q: How long will it take to make any of these inflatables if they are not in stock.
A: If simple bouncer, usually need 3 days, such as a 4x4m one. If larger, will need about a week. If giant slide, obstacle course and some customized items will need about 8-9 days. Different items, different production time. Please contact us to get the right time
