Travelling hose-reel irrigator AQUAJET 85-320TX is a turbine-driven irrigation machine produced by H.T-BAUER of Shandong, China. The machine consists of a hose reel with PE pipe reeled on and a sprinkler (boom) cart. A turbine annexed to the reel combined via a belt with a gear box converts water pressure into a winding movement which allows the PE-pipe to be retracted at the same time the cart carries on the irrigation operation.

Aquajet 85-320TX with sprinkler provides well-distributed water jet which covers irrigation belt up to 90 meters wide. TWIN SR101 wide range sprinklers have been designed specifically for the modern, water and energy saving irrigation management and set new standards in handling and performance.

Boom Model

Aquajet 85-320TX with boom applies a moderate irrigation on delicate crops without damaging the soil and the crops. The boom covers irrigation belt up to 34 meters wide.

Water Turbine TX 20

A new energy-saving axial turbine design makes a remarkable low pressure loss possible. The full-flow turbine structure reduces energy requirement considerably. Even with low flow rates, the turbine can achieve powerful retraction and high retraction speeds. Again H.T-BAUER sets new standards for irrigation machine drives.

Rugged support frame

A sturdy construction of supporting legs and rack jack securely anchor the Aquajet during the operating process and not even high retraction forces will move the machine from its stable position.

Balancing mechanism

Pendulous mounting guarantees correct positioning of sprinkler when operating on uneven fields and when the cart is pulled up to the end position. Prevents crop damage by the water jet.
