GZL-45 threading machine

we use the GZL-45 to threading the end of rebar.
Rebar coupler have white & black surface, it can connect rebar diameter from 12mm to 40mm.the tensile strength of rebar connector is not less than 627MPA, and the tensile strength of super coupler can be reach 800~900MPA

1.Working principle of  upsetting forging parallel thread machine

First, use GD-150 to forge the end of rebar;
Second, use GZL-45 to process thread on the forged end of rebar;
Third, use parallel thread coupler to abutting joint two threaded ends of rebar.
