During production, for each roll of drip irrigation tape, reserve 5 meters as sample to inspect the quality. The inspection should include:

1, The appearance, whether there is big spot, pit, vertical strip, horizontal stripe, scratch;

2, The dripper side, whether it is stick on tape properly. If the dripper is stick too hard, the thickness of the tape will be smaller; if the dripper is not stick firmly, after open the tape, the dripper can be taken off easily;

3, The inside of the tape, whether there is any scratch;

4, The diameter , the dripper space, and the thickness of the tape;

5, The hole of the dripper, whether the scrap is absorbed and the depth of the hole

6, The weight of each roll;

7, The water flow rate under the working pressure 0.1Mpa , we have provided the device for testing the flow status;

8, The bursting pressure of the tape
